POLICIES APPLIED TO AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR
RETURNS
Monastery Couture SAS reserves the right to access any type of return with the brand's authorized distributors. This must be requested from the salesperson who has their customer account; they will request the guarantee for the return of the products.
This request must be submitted 5 calendar days following the date, and must give an objective reason for exercising it. Acceptance thereof will be subject to the decision and approval of Monastery Couture SAS.
All requests must be sent to the email comercial@monastery.com.co with the evidence that may be available to present the claim.
If Monastery Couture SAS accepts it, by email or through the assigned salesperson, instructions will be given on the steps to be taken.
Transportation costs will be covered by the distributor.
GUARANTEE
Monastery Couture SAS establishes a guarantee for a period of 180 calendar days, from the moment the distributor receives its products, it is the distributor's duty to verify that the product arrives in optimal conditions and does not have any defects.
If any guarantee is presented within 180 calendar days, the distributor must submit a claim to the salesperson assigned for this or to the email comercial@monastery.com.co attaching proof of the guarantee.
This guarantee is for quality issues, the responsibility of Monastery Couture SAS is exempt if it is denoted by the quality personnel that the damage was due to a third party or poor disposition of the distributor.
Monastery Couture SAS will be jointly and severally liable within 180 calendar days, from the moment the product arrived at the distributor, liability is exempt from day 181 onwards. Any guarantee that occurs after this term will be the responsibility of the distributor and he will be the one who will bear the expenses and processes that he has to respond to his end customers.
It is the decision of Monastery Couture SAS to make the respective evaluation of the guarantee, and determine whether or not to access it, according to the criteria of the company's quality inspectors.
If it is observed that there is indeed a failure in product quality, Monastery Couture SAS will ship to replace the inventory; if there is no available inventory, a credit note will be made to the distributor.
It is worth clarifying that this is a commercial relationship, therefore, this guarantee is not covered by the Consumer Statute, Law 1480 of 2011. These are conditions agreed upon between two parties who are merchants, and their prevalence is the autonomy of the parties. .
RETRACT
Because it is not an end consumer, and there is a commercial relationship between the two parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply within the commercial operations carried out.
MISSING
If at the time of receiving the product you observe that the packaging is not in optimal conditions, or shows signs of having been altered, it is the distributor's duty to place the observation in the receipt guide. Likewise, it is their duty to carry out film evidence, which demonstrates the state in which the product arrived, and at the time of opening and accounting for the products, it is observed that there is a shortage.
The distributor must attach these tests and they must be sent to the email comercial@monastery.com.co or through the assigned salesperson, where the instructions and steps to follow will be given.
These types of claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
Monastery Couture SAS is exempt from liability if at the time of receiving the product there is no record in the transport company's guide of the poor packaging or the state in which the product arrived, likewise if in the video provided, it is observed that the product had already been opened previously, or inconsistencies are observed.
